We are all born with a talent that is inexplicably our own; as you can see Steven Lee Smeltzer's innate ability creates unique worlds through the art of sculpting.

Over the years Steven has become a master of creating whimsical sculptures that convey a sense of personality and aliveness, so much so that many of his patrons give these unique creations nicknames and family stasis.

Being an avid surfer Steven was drawn to the islands of Hawaii - where he has lived and worked, perfecting his talent for 32+ years. As well as creating humorous, peculiar, and rather curious characters out of ceramics he has added bronze and painting to his list of endeavors.
